Wholesale Polo Shirts Manufacturer in Bangladesh
Our polo shirts are made to order in Dhaka for brands, importers, uniform buyers and private labels that need a classic pique polo with their own label on it. You choose the fabric, the colour and the fit - we handle sampling, bulk production, inspection and export, so the shirts that arrive match the sample you approved.
Every order is cut and sewn against your specification: your chest logo, your size ratio, your packing. Send us a tech pack or a reference garment and our merchandising team will price it, sample it and walk you through each step before bulk production starts.

Polo Shirts
Overview
A polo shirt looks simple, but buyers feel the difference in the fabric weight, the collar that stays flat and the placket that does not twist after washing. We manufacture polo shirts in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for clothing brands, corporate uniform programs, promotional distributors and importers who sell under their own label. Production starts from your tech pack, your measurement chart or a counter sample, and every stage - knitting, dyeing, cutting, sewing, finishing and packing - is followed by our own merchandisers.
If you are comparing factories, the useful questions are about fabric and consistency. Our standard polo is a cotton pique with a firm, breathable knit that holds embroidery cleanly and keeps its shape through repeated washing. Blends with polyester or a touch of lycra are available when you need easier care or a closer fit. Colours are dyed to your swatch or Pantone reference, and lab dips are sent for approval before bulk dyeing begins.
Many of our polo buyers also order premium t-shirts from the same program, so colours, labels and packing stay consistent across a full casual range.
Fabric Options
Choose the fabric by the market you sell to. Retail and fashion buyers usually take a softer, lighter pique; workwear and uniform buyers take a heavier knit that survives industrial washing. The most requested options are:
- Classic cotton pique - 100% combed cotton in 200-240 GSM, the standard for retail and corporate polos
- Slub pique - a textured yarn with a soft vintage hand feel, popular for fashion ranges at 180-220 GSM
- Cotton-lycra pique - cotton with 3-5% elastane at 210-250 GSM for a closer, shaped fit that keeps its recovery
- Poly-cotton pique - a 65/35 or 50/50 blend at 200-230 GSM for workwear, easy care and colour fastness
- Polyester performance pique - moisture management knit at 160-200 GSM for sports and event uniforms
Tell us the hand feel and price point you are aiming at and we will suggest the fabric that fits, with swatches sent before sampling.
Sizes and Fit
Our standard block is a regular fit - not slim, not boxy - graded across the full size range. You can also send your own measurement chart and we will cut to it exactly.
- Sizes XS-3XL as standard, with larger sizes on request
- Size M reference: chest 104 cm (41 in), body length 71 cm (28 in), sleeve length 22 cm
- Grading of 4 cm in chest and 2 cm in length between sizes, adjustable to your chart
- Tolerance of plus or minus 1.5 cm on chest and length, checked on the inspection table
- Ladies and kids polo patterns available in the same fabrics
Customisation
The shirt leaves Dhaka wearing your brand, ready for your shelf or your client. Customisation options include:
- Chest embroidery - your logo stitched on the chest, sleeve or back yoke, with thread colours matched to your artwork
- Printing - screen print, puff print and heat transfer for larger designs and promotional orders
- Your labels - woven main label with your brand name, size label and care label, all made to your artwork
- Buttons and trims - dyed-to-match or contrast buttons, tipped collars and cuffs, side vents and chest pockets on request
- Packing - your hang tags, individual polybags, size stickers and carton marks, packed in your size ratio
For heavy-duty uniform programs, our workwear polo shirts use reinforced stitching and harder-wearing blends.
Quality Checks
Quality is checked while the order is being made, not only at the end. Our inspection routine covers:
- Fabric inspection for GSM, shade variation, shrinkage and skewing before cutting
- Lab dip and strike-off approvals signed off before bulk dyeing and decoration
- Inline sewing checks on placket alignment, collar shape and embroidery placement
- Measurement audits against the size chart on finished garments from every size
- Final inspection to AQL 2.5 covering workmanship, labels, packing and carton marks
- Needle detection and a final count before cartons are sealed for shipment
Markets We Ship Polo Shirts To
United States
US buyers order polos mainly for corporate uniforms, golf and resort wear, and promotional programs. We sew to US size charts in inches, apply your CPSIA-compliant care labels and pack cartons to the routing guides of the big importers, with FOB Chattogram shipment on your forwarder or ours.
United Kingdom
For UK brands and schoolwear suppliers, the demand is for regular-fit polos in deep stock colours with embroidered crests and logos. We match colours across repeat orders from your approved lab dip, so a reorder this season matches the shirts you received last season.
Germany
German buyers ask detailed questions about fabric composition, shrinkage and workmanship, and we answer them with test reports and measurement charts before sampling. Polos for the German market are usually cotton-rich pique with reinforced plackets, packed flat with minimal plastic on request.
Canada
Canadian importers order polos for uniform dealers, golf clubs and private label ranges. We work in both inches and centimetres on the same chart, add French-English care labels when you need them, and consolidate polo shirts with other garments in one shipment to keep your freight cost down.
United Arab Emirates
In the UAE, polos move fast for hospitality, events and corporate gifting, often on short lead times. Lightweight poly-cotton and performance pique are the usual choices for the climate, with chest embroidery done in-house so branding does not slow the order down.
The same factory program also produces our woven shirts, so mixed orders ship together.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many polo shirts do I need to order?
Quantities depend on the fabric and the style - a stock pique colour can start smaller than a custom-dyed colour or a special blend. Tell our team what you are planning and they will work out the most sensible quantity for your fabric, colours and sizes. The general rule is covered on our FAQ page.
Can you copy a polo shirt I already sell?
Yes. Send the garment or a full tech pack and we will counter-sample it, matching fabric, weight, fit and trims. You approve the counter sample and a pre-production sample before any bulk production starts.
Do you offer private label and custom packing?
Yes - your woven neck label, size and care labels, hang tags, polybags and carton marks are all produced to your artwork, so the shirts arrive ready to sell under your brand.
How long does an order take?
Sampling usually takes 7-10 days after we receive your artwork and fabric choice. Bulk production time depends on the fabric and the quantity, and our team confirms a shipment date with the quotation, then updates you as the order moves through each stage.
